Happier Hour Workshop
Happier Hour brings a short, fun and interactive workshop to you. A series of weekly in person or online workshops teaching proven skills and behaviors to improve well-being. Participants learn up-to-date findings from positive psychology and other sciences. Classes are designed to help reduce stress and improve focus, energy, and positivity.
What to Expect
MENTAL HYGIENE 101
As small children we are taught basic physical self-care like brushing teeth and washing hands. Not so much for mental self-care. Weekly Workshops focus on basic but essential skills required for well-being.
Resolutions involving lifestyle change rarely succeed. Current habit-formation science supports making minor tweaks. Participants practice small behaviors and practices with big results.
Learn practical shortcuts and advice to make Happier a daily habit.
TESTING YOUR HAPPIER
Participants can take self-assessments at the beginning and end of the workshop to measure quantifiable changes in well-being.
Lowers anxiety, stress, and quantifiably increases daily well-being and overall life satisfaction.
