In this 5-part weekly interactive course you’ll learn the most effective, science-based skills and behaviors to demonstrably elevate your well-being. In each hour-long class, clinical psychologist Robin Engelman busts myths about what actually elevates well-being and shares practical lifestyle tweaks that are small and easy enough to fit into the busiest routine.

  • You’ll learn micro-skills and behaviors, curated from psychology and neuroscience research, that are easy to master, fun to practice, and will leave you feeling good immediately.
  • The real secret sauce of the workshop is the focus on habit formation skills – following the neurological basis for successfully starting and maintaining improvements – to successfully make happier a daily habit.
  • You will start and end the course with self-assessment questionnaires to measure improvements to your daily mood and longer-term life satisfaction.

As small children we are taught basic physical self-care like brushing teeth and washing hands. Not so much for mental self-care. Weekly Workshops focus on basic but essential skills required for well-being.
