Happier Hour: Take The Woo Woo out of improving your well-being.
Feeling anxious? Work deadlines, crazy weather, politics, economic uncertainty…no wonder many of us feel depressed.
- You’ll learn micro-skills and behaviors, curated from psychology and neuroscience research, that are easy to master, fun to practice, and will leave you feeling good immediately.
- The real secret sauce of the workshop is the focus on habit formation skills – following the neurological basis for successfully starting and maintaining improvements – to successfully make happier a daily habit.
- You will start and end the course with self-assessment questionnaires to measure improvements to your daily mood and longer-term life satisfaction.
